This tool helps recover passwords of WordPerfect documents.
WordPerfect Password 2013.02 helps recover password for WordPerfect WPD, and WP formatted documents. The passwords could be of any length and any complexity. It will even recover passwords with Unicode characters. It is compatible with WordPerfect versions 5.x, Original ver 6.0(a), Enhanced from 6.x to X6. This has a clear and easy to use interface. It is intuitive enough that most users should get familiar with it quite easily. Getting productive with it should not take much time. Essentially, the process is automatic, and the interface provides a set of log messages as the tool goes through the recovery process. All you have to do is to select a file, ask the tool to recover the password. After it was recovered the password is shown in a dialog box. You just click Ok to open the document.
The application is for Windows platform and is Windows 8 ready. This tool is free to use during trial. Personal or Commercial use attracts a registration fee. Personal license is cheaper than Commercial, of course. Unfortunately, this works with only WordPrefect files only. This kind of capable tool would have been useful in other situations too. Double clicking the display area of the interface helps you open the logs in notepad. It would be possible to edit and save the log data as a file easily. This is a good product. It has many useful features. If you were looking for a product like this, this is one you could try out.
